Return & Exchange Policy
At Glacier Leather, we take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have established a transparent return process to ensure your peace of mind.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items. While we recommend please notifying us within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any issues, you have the full 30 days to initiate your return or one-time size exchange.
Important Exceptions:
- Custom & Made-to-Order: Returns are not permitted on leather jackets or coats that are customized, made-to-order, or ordered in non-standard sizes.
- Notification: To ensure the fastest processing, please send your return request to support@glacierleather.ca.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
For Return & Exchange eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Free from any scents (perfume, smoke, etc.).
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any issues with our product kindly attached your order number, images, or video, and share to support@glacierleather.ca.Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address at our facility in Saskatoon, Canada.

- Please note: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, Glacier Leather will cover all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges & Change of Mind: For standard returns or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Exchanges: Once the original item is received, we will process and ship your new size or style.
5. Payments via Afterpay, Klarna, & Shop Pay
If you used a "Buy Now, Pay Later" service:
- Your refund will be issued through the respective provider.
- The provider will automatically adjust your payment plan. If you have already paid installments, they will refund that amount to your card.
- Please do not manually "dispute" the charge; wait for the refund to process to avoid provider fees.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made orders or items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival.
