Shipping Policy

At Glacier Leather, we are dedicated to providing our premium leather products to customers worldwide. We strive for transparency in our delivery process so you can shop with confidence.

1. Shipping Rates & Costs

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping based on your order value:

  • Orders of $50.00 and above: FREE Standard Worldwide Shipping.
  • Orders under $50.00: A flat shipping fee of $25.00 (or the equivalent in your local currency) will be applied at checkout.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next available business day.

3. Transit Time (Estimated Delivery)

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada & USA: 3–7 business days.
  • International (Rest of World): 7–14 business days.
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays or customs inspections.

4. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's status through our carrier's website at any time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all international orders (outside of Canada):

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local customs taxes imposed by their destination country.
  • These fees are not collected by Glacier Leather and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your address before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
