1. Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping based on your order value:
- Orders of $50.00 and above: FREE Standard Worldwide Shipping.
- Orders under $50.00: A flat shipping fee of $25.00 (or the equivalent in your local currency) will be applied at checkout.
2. Order Processing (Handling Time)
For Handbags:
- Canada & USA: Same-day dispatch
- International (Rest of World): Same-day dispatch
For Jackets (Made-to-Order):
- Production: Each jacket is handmade to order from the finest Italian leather — never mass-produced. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.
- Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after production is complete.
3. Transit Time (Estimated Delivery)
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Jackets (Made-to-Order):
Jackets are handcrafted to order and require additional production time before dispatch.
- Canada & USA: 3–5 Production + 3–7 business days for delivery
- International (Rest of World): 3–5 Production + 7–14 business days for delivery
- You will be notified via email once your jacket is ready and dispatched.
Handbags:
- Canada & USA: 3–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays or customs inspections.
4. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's status through our carrier's website at any time.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Canada: Canadian customers will see applicable taxes applied at checkout as required by Canadian tax regulations.
- United States: All shipping costs and applicable taxes for orders to the United States are included at checkout — no hidden charges. Glacier Leather collects taxes and duties on behalf of U.S. customers at the time of purchase, so you can shop with complete peace of mind and enjoy a surprise-charge-free experience.
- Other International Countries: For all other international destinations, any import duties, VAT, or local customs taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not collected by Glacier Leather and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your address before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
