Free Worldwide Shipping

Glacier Leather provides free standard shipping on all eligible orders with no minimum purchase requirement, unless otherwise stated during checkout or as part of a specific promotion.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated Delivery

Typical estimated transit times are:

Canada & United States: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.

These delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Where stated on our website or applicable to the order, international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

This means Glacier Leather covers applicable import duties, customs charges, and import taxes associated with the shipment so that customers are not normally required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

Certain exceptional charges caused by incorrect customer information, refused delivery, re-routing, storage fees, or circumstances outside our control may remain the customer's responsibility.

If a customer is unexpectedly charged eligible import duties or taxes upon delivery, Glacier Leather will reimburse the verified amount in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

REFUNDS

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
