BILLING & PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards and "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) services, including Afterpay, Klarna, and Shop Pay. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. If an order is cancelled or modified by us, we will notify you via the email provided. We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 1 business day.

SHIPPING & FEES

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders totaling $50.00 CAD and above.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A shipping fee of $25.00 CAD applies to all orders under $50.00 CAD.
  • Customs/Duties: For international orders, any import duties or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For full details on eligibility and BNPL refund procedures, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
